Great news for me mate, big order finally came to me. Despite the bad weather, heavy rains and strong wind, we putted together and loaded the two containers of 900 series gas/electric commercial cooking ranges yesterday.
It is a big order that takes a long time for me to follow up. And the most amazing thing is, I contacted this new client not from Alibaba, but from development letter. I emailed our restaurant range on promotion to potential clients and got three positive feedback. Two of them are of my old clients who have always been so kind and supportive. I know that their business are not so involved with this huge commercial kitchen range, but maybe it could be a new chance for them to get in new business zone right. Therefore I send them our product detail data sheet and let them to decide.
The third reply, is from a new client who has never reply me before. He showed interest in our cooking ranges and asked for price. I was taking this client seriously because I don’t have a clue what is his trade, maybe he was just simply showing interest and want to have a general understanding of the restaurant ranges. In fact, it turns out that this new client indeed has little understanding of cooking ranges. He asked in great detail, such as the thickness of body frame stainless steel, how many burners are in a 26 liter fryer, voltage and chamber size of the oven under stove, power consumption of the 6 burner open fire stove etc etc.. It took me a long time to check with these technical data with our engineers and then answer my new client. I thought to myself, even if this client doesn’t order from us, still from him, I learn more about our commercial kitchen range series, it is good for me too.
Then after three weeks not hearing from my new client at all, I send a greeting email to him and I received the most surprising reply, he is going to order from me, not one container, but two. He said he is going to set up a new kitchen equipment business in his place and this order is for his showroom. He appreciates our effort to clear his doubts and happy about our professionalism. So he decided to order from us. What a happy day.
