Hot Casserole Rice Recipe Made by Gas Stove

The weather changes unexpected so quick, from brazing hot summer that we all crave for ice cream, to heavy storm which caught us on the way to work and make us all soak even with umbrella.

Under such cool & moist weather, a hot casserole rice is the best thing to have for supper to make us warm again. Now I am going to write about how to make traditional chicken mushroom & Cantonese sausage hot casserole rice with our four burnersgas stove to boost up your business.

Ingredient:
Chicken meat, Cantonese sausage, rice, mushroom, green onion

Steps:
1.    Pre-soak rice and mushroom for two hours
2.    Mix chicken with seasoning
3.    Cover the casserole with oil before putting rice in it, the rice to water ratio is about 1:1.15
4.    Heat the casserole on gas stove with high power for about 15 mins, when the rice is around 80% cook. Stir the rice and turn down the fire a little.
5.    Check out the water in the casserole, if water is almost dry up, put all the ingredients in it and keep cooking for about 8 mins
6.    Ok to serve.







There is no formula for how to make a successful casserole rice, totally depend on the chefs’ skill & experience, of having a good command of controlling the fire, having a profound understanding of the rice feature, etc. In recent years, I have seen auto casserole cooking stove in expo, it claims to save labor and energy. However, the taste is not as good as the traditional manual cooking. Both the auto casserole cooking stove and the traditional open fire gas stoves got their own pros & cons.
